I'm going to warn you, this is a long one......
How do you feel about.......
1. Religion - I think that it's something that is deeply personal for many people. It affects so many in so many ways. I don't think that there is one "right" religion. It still ceases to amaze me that people can find such solace by placing their blind faith into something that cannot be proven.
2. Love - Ah, my favorite of all emotions. I don't really think that there is one word that can do any justice of explaining the feeling of love. It's enchanting and petrifying all at the same time. I firmly believe that everyone has a perfect love out there, but I don't think that all will be lucky enough to find that person. It's sad.
3. Family - My family are the most important people to me. They've seen me shine and they have seen me at my absolute worst - Yet they still love me the same. I wouldn't be who I am right now if it weren't for them.
4. Friends - I hold these people very dear. There is not one thing that I wouldn't do for them. They mean the world to me. There is nothing that I would trade them for. They are my constant source of understanding and patience. I don't know what I would do without them.
5. Yourself - God, do I really have to talk about me? I never know what to say. I know that there are things about me that I don't like, and things in my past that I wish I could change. But who doesn't feel that way? All I can do is work on the things that I'm unhappy about, and move on with my life. But on the brighter side of things, I was blessed with some sweet ass hair 
6. Politics - Poli from the latin word meaning "many" and tics meaning "blood sucking creatures". This is a touchy subject. While I think that everyone is entitled to their own views, I will say this, all of you who voted that jackass back into office, are fucking morons. I don't want to hear you bitch about gas prices, or how unjust it is that many soldiers are over there dying right now. This is your fault. You chose him, now deal with it.
7. The Death Penalty - I have mixed feelings on this. While I think that people should be punished for crimes that they commit, I don't think that anyone has the right to take someone else's life. Example: You kill someone. You're sentenced to death. Someone has to be the one to execute you. Wouldn't that make them a murderer too? And don't give me this eye for an eye bullshit, because church and state are seperate, at least they are supposed to be. Besides, our system is flawed. Watch the Life of David Gale. It's a perfect example.
8. Music influencing kids - This is horseshit! If you tell me that kids go on a shooting rampage because they listen to Marilyn Manson, you're an idiot. Because that would mean that people who listen to Britney Spears are whores, and people who listen to country sleep with their cousins. I don't think so. I think that the parents need to accept responsibilies for their obviously fucked up kids. They should try paying a little more attention to them, and maybe they might notice that there is something bothering them, and they could find them the help that they need. Stop blaming music for all that is wrong with your children.
9. Violence & Sex on TV - I don't think that there is anything wrong with it. Do you know that this is one of the few countries that actually censors what's shown on TV? And we are the ones with freedom of choice. Bullshit. I don't think that swearing on television is that big of a deal. You don't like what you're hearing? Change the chanel. You don't want your kids to hear that kind of language? Monitor what they are watching, and don't ever let them go out in public. They will most likely hear worse at school. You don't want to see someone get shot in the face or have a random all night booty session? Once again, change the god damned chanel or turn off the fucking TV. See, here in the US, there is this thing called cable. And with cable, you can now get well over 300 stations to choose from. So if you can't find something to suit your viewing pleasures on one of those chanels, you shouldn't be watching TV in the first place. Stop getting all uppity because you think one of the Teletubbies is gay. There are plenty of other things you should be worrying about other than some middle aged man, in a giant purple muppet suit, carrying a purse.
10. Abortion - This is one of the few things that I will argue about until I'm blue in the face. I don't like it. I don't think it's fair. I don't think it should be legal. To me, it's murder. I could not imagine not wanting a child. I don't care how unplanned he or she is. All children are blessings. If you are not in a position to take care of the little bundle of joy, let someone who is, take care of them. There are so many people out there who can't have children of their own, and would be more than thrilled to love your child as their own.
11. Same sex marriage - It's their choice. Let them do it. Who cares if they are married? They'll still be together regardless of if they can be married or not. Who are you to judge them? If they want to marry a box of potatoes, let them. If that's what makes them happy, and it's not breaking any laws, what the fuck do you care? Is it affecting you? No, I didn't think so.
12. Sex (in different parts)
In General - I think that sex is an amazing way to connect with someone. There are so many things you can find out about a person through sex. While I'm not condoning being a raging whore, I don't think that you should be a prude either.
Sex before marriage - I think that it's perfectly fine. In fact, I don't think that people should wait. And I don't think that you should only ever sleep with one person in your life. What if you wait until you're married, and you realize that the person you're with is lame in bed? Then what? You're doomed to a lifetime of bad sex. No one should have to endure that. Besides, if you save yourself, you'll always have this nagging sensation about what sex with someone else is like.
Oral Sex - It's fabulous. If you can find someone who is good at it. And while I think it's better to give than to recieve, don't cut yourself short and never be on the recieving end.
Extreme Fetishes - Hey, whatever does it for you. I have my own kinks that I'm sure people would think are weird, but I don't care. If having a woman wear spiked heals and stomp on your genitalia is your idea of a good time, great. But I don't want to know about it.
13. Relationships (in different parts)
Marriage - I don't think that there is anything wrong with being married. In fact, I think if you're ready for it, and you're in love, then do it. But I do think that people should wait until they're a little older that 20. You have your whole lives to be with each other. So if you're going to get engaged, wait a few years, and if your love is as true as you say it is, then it shouldn't matter how long you wait until you do get married.
Dating - I've been in miserable relationships, and I've been in some that were a blast. Nothing is always going to be sunshine and roses, so if you don't think that their annoying habbit of chewing with their mouth open is something that you can live with, get out.
Blind dating - Your friend's way of getting you back for something that you did to piss them off. Seriously, I've never been on a blind date that wasn't from Hell. I will NEVER do it again. I don't care if they're telling me that they will set me up with Amy Lee. Not going to happen.
Communication - A fucking must. If you're serious with someone, it is NOT okay to talk to them once every 3 or so days. While I don't think you should spend every moment you can't be together on the phone, I do think that you should call at least once a day to let that person you're with know that you have not become a feast for a family of starving alpacas.
Keeping things from your partner - I think honesty is the best policy. But then again, there are just some things that they don't need to know. Like how your last boyfriend was the best sex you've ever had or that you secretly think that their best friend is way hot. Some things are better left unsaid.
14. Children (in different parts)
Bonding - I think that bonding with your child is important. It helps shape them into better people. Because if they feel like they can talk to you about anything, they will most likely talk to you about something that is bothering them or about something that might get them into trouble.
Behavior - I think that a child's behavior strongly reflects the way their parent interacts with them. A parent who is more loving will most likely have a well behaved child. While a parent who shows disinterest in their child's like is most likely to have a child with behavior problems.
Adoption - A fabulous idea. For all of those people out there who can't have kids of their own, they are still given the chance to be a parent. Let's face it, there are some people out there who just don't deserve to be parents.
